Christopher Lucero

Founder

A former Southern California Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Lucero is licensed to practice law in the States of California and New York. He has handled criminal cases ranging from petty theft to murder. While he worked as a prosecutor, he earned the rare distinction of never losing a case involving driving under the influence, domestic violence, or homicide. Mr. Lucero's experience as a prosecutor gives him unique insight into what makes prosecutors tick, what they look for in proving a case at trial, and how they negotiate plea bargains. Should you find yourself on the wrong end of the criminal justice system, you need this experience in your corner.

Mr. Lucero also has a wealth of courtroom experience that serves him well in his job. The David vs. Goliath machine that is our court system is designed for it to win and the individual to lose. Mr. Lucero revels in the opportunity to fight for the individual. That belief system is the reason he departed from the District Attorney's Office to start his own law office. Fighting to preserve the rights of the individual is his passion and reason for practicing law.

Aside from the law, Mr. Lucero spends time with his wife and two children in Southern California. A lifetime football player and fan, he dedicates his Sundays to Raiders football. He is also passionate about physical fitness, the outdoors, and drinking red wine.
